Is there a truly free tier?+
Yes. Anyone can run two extractions without signing up: the first with full results and download, the second on screen, with a free account needed to save it. A free account gives 5 extractions each month, then upgrade when you need more volume. No credit card.
Can I pay once instead of subscribing?+
Yes. 50 extractions cost $5 (or the same in your currency), paid once. The credits don't expire, work for bulk uploads, and are used only after any monthly plan quota runs out.
How do I pick the right plan?+
Drag the slider. Each tier locks in a monthly extraction quota — the per-extraction price drops as you scale up. You can change plans any time from your account.
What happens if I exceed my plan's quota?+
Any credits from a one-time pack are used first. Without them, we'll prompt you to upgrade, buy a pack, or wait until the next billing cycle. We don't auto-charge overages.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancellation is one click in your account popover. You keep paid access until the end of the billing period; no prorated refunds for the unused portion of the current month.
Is there a yearly plan?+
Yearly with two months free is available — contact us to set it up while we finish the self-serve flow.
Do you offer enterprise / on-prem?+
Yes. Larger volumes, SSO, dedicated tenancy, on-prem or VPC deployment, BAA, and SOC 2 — contact us for an enterprise quote.
Are my documents stored?+
Files are processed by ExtractFox's secure AI extraction engine and not stored long-term by ExtractFox. Larger uploads may be held briefly in private temporary storage, then deleted after processing. For regulated industries needing strict data residency, an enterprise plan with dedicated processing is available.
