Is there a truly free tier?+
Yes. Anyone can run one anonymous extraction without signing up — full results, including download. After that, sign in and choose a plan. No credit card to try the first one.
How do I pick the right plan?+
Drag the slider. Each tier locks in a monthly extraction quota — the per-extraction price drops as you scale up. You can change plans any time from your account.
What happens if I exceed my plan's quota?+
We'll prompt you to upgrade or wait until the next billing cycle. We don't auto-charge overages without confirmation.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancellation is one click in your account popover. You keep paid access until the end of the billing period; no prorated refunds for the unused portion of the current month.
Is there a yearly plan?+
Yearly with two months free is available — contact us to set it up while we finish the self-serve flow.
Do you offer enterprise / on-prem?+

Are my documents stored?+
Files are processed by ExtractFox's secure AI extraction engine and not stored long-term by ExtractFox. For regulated industries needing strict data residency, an enterprise plan with dedicated processing is available.
